RE: Frank Wilner

Dear Sir and Brother

The members of Local 1637 have directed me to make an inquiry to the status of Frank Wilner.

The members raised a concern when they could not find Mr. Wilner’s name in the 2003 LM2 and yet they continue to see statements by, “UTU spokesman Frank Wilner”.

Is Mr. Wilner a hired spokesman? If yes, under what heading in the LM2 are his services listed and how much?
