RE:Reproduction Permission March 16, 2000

Your project is commendable and I hope you follow through with it. I have all of the agreements on CD and available to members within our General Committee.

In the wake of the Attendance Guidelines, TK2000 payroll problems and total disregard of employees working the extraboards I have no choice but to say NO on your request for reproduction permission. I believe Labor Relations has everything you need

I have spent many hours of my own time scanning documents. If I allow permission my members will have the impression that all is well between the BNSF and the UTU when in fact I have never seen things as bad in my 25 years.

I hope you understand my position.

My name is Warren Bell and I work for the BNSF up here in Seattle. I would like to get permission to reproduce your .HTM and .PDF file agreements on CD and add them to my Seattle Service Region CD which includes the Rule Book, Timetables with the April 2nd changes, maps, trackcharts and other useful info that we pass out at no charge to anyone that asks for it. This would help anyone to have a good reference tool with them. I have been told a lot of them are caring laptops to use them in the field. You can see or get a copy of it by asking Russ Dunn the Road Forman or Ken Iverson your Director of Admin. down in Vancouver or I will be happy to send you one if you want. Your permission to hand it out to the guys up here for UTU locals 324, 1024, 845 and others would be greatly appreciated. If you have any questions I can be reached at a company number of 206-272-3710 at Interbay (Our prefix just changed today from 270 to 272) from about 530am to 200pm M-F. You can email me at this address my home or warren.bell@bnsf.com at work. Your permission would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks

Warren Bell
