Mr. Hines, please note
the attached letter from the Double Tree advising that effective July 15, 2001 the
restaurant will be closed between 2:30pm~4:300pm and from 11:00pm~6:00am.
I want you to be
forewarned, the United Transportation Union has an agreement with the Burlington Northern
Santa FE (1980 Lodging Agreement), whatever problems exist between the Double Tree and the
BNSF is not my concern. I expect transportation to be available to transport crews to a
proper eating facility. Employees being denied a meal prior reporting for duty will not
tolerated!
